The location was particularly good, near to Spain as well as the city centre, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. The room was very nicely furnished and well-equipped with smoke detectors for safety measures.
My room was actually a little too warm.

Appreciated every detail about my such great 5 nights stay here. Marvellous location on the Square at Casco Viejo was a plus. Had lunch/dinner at Taberna Astuy, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The staff was excellent and helpful all the time. We booked standard apartment that was complete with 2 single beds, good facilities, as for instance as advertised.

The place was fairly clean with a fantastically friendly and efficient staff. Good bed in single room with an iron, a multi-channel television, and a living area. Beautiful view of the mountain and the river from the window. Location - incredible, right by the tram to the new town, river and the nearest Metro which is on the Square at Casco Viejo. A very good stay at that stage of our vacation.

Overall truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Everything was good, had a really comfortable stay at that stage of our vacation. The location was great very close to the old town & on the tram for going to Guggenheim & stadium. Besides, we were near to the centre of Bilbao and in particular the Guggenheim and Spain and other european countries.

We appreciated the central location and how clean the place was kept. Location: the hotel was just off tram and buses, the center, and Bilbao's superb market. Also, Casco Viejo was 2 km away.
Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Had a really good stay at that stage of our vacation. We were in an unbeatable location close to the old town, market and tram stop, restaurants and centre of town and a residential area where there are lots of families and dogs. And it was just 1 km from a gothic-revival Catholic cathedral.

Every time in Bilbao, I choose this place. Wonderfully friendly staff, delightful views of the mountain and the river, everything is very good. Its location is excellent and unbeatable, short walk to the Square, in particular the Guggenheim and Bilbao for the BIME music festival as a group of 3 friends. And it's by Ibaizabal.
